Abstract
The aim of the present study was to design a model of optimal governance in the field of knowledge-based businesses in the form of a case study of Iran's electricity industry. The successes or failures of governance in the business environment not only affect the current generation, but also overshadow the future generations with the wave movement over time and lead to development, prosperity and choice. They will be in the future. From this, the desirability of governance involves maintaining and improving the level of well-being, development, choice, well-being and desirable business of contemporary and future generations, as well as generating sustainable and sustainable capacities. In this study, by using the information collected with 8 elites and also the survey of 34 knowledge-based companies active in the electricity industry in the year 1402-1403, the influencing factors on good governance and the success and failure of these companies in this field were investigated.
