The electricity supply chain is one of the main infrastructures of every country, which guarantees economic, industrial and agricultural growth, and its development is the priority of the country's plans. This supply chain is made up of different levels and at each level human resources with special expertise are working. Due to the dynamics of the environment and changes in exchange rates, this chain is facing many risks that the correct identification of these risks and their evaluation and prioritization in the program Supply chain network planning is very effective. In this article, which is carried out with the purpose of applied research and in the category of survey research-case study, in the first stage to identify the risks of the electricity supply chain, the guided-participatory crowdsourcing method in which the topic of crowdsourcing is quite specific, and its participants are all related people is used. In the following, using four criteria selected by experts and using the ARAS method for multi-criteria decision making, the risks are prioritized, and finally, the most important supply chain risks are determined according to the points obtained from the ARAS method, so that should be taken into consideration for planning. The highest priority is given to the risk of theft of cables and metal parts, and since cables and metal parts are the main components of the energy transmission network and are used at all levels of the network, they are the most important cause of disruption in electricity. Unforeseen supply and shutdowns should be considered. |
