برنامه ریزی پویای توسعه سیستم های توزیع انرژی الکتریکی با در نظر گرفتن منابع تولید پراکنده در حضور عدم قطعیت تقاضای توان

در این مقاله، یک راهبرد جدید مبتنی بر مدل پویا (زمان محور) جهت برنامه ­ریزی توسعه سیستم­ های توزیع انرژی الکتریکی با در نظر گرفتن منابع تولید پراکنده و بهره‌گیری از  رویکرد فنی-اقتصادی ارائه شده است. مدل ارائه شده قادر است علاوه بر مکان و ظرفیت بهینه، برنامه زمانی نصب/ تقویت گزینه های توسعه را تعیین نماید. رویکرد پیشنهادی یک مسأله بهینه­سازی غیر محدب و دارای ماهیت غیرخطی و آمیخته با اعداد صحیح است. علاوه بر  این، توجه به عدم قطعیت در تقاضای توان باعث می شود که مساله برنامه ریزی توسعه به طور فزاینده‌ای چالش برانگیز باشد. از این رو، یک رویکرد تجزیه سه مرحله‌ای برای حل مساله معرفی شده است.  به منظور مدل ­سازی عدم قطعیت­ تقاضای توان در رویکرد پیشنهادی از روش تخمین دو نقطه­ ای استفاده شده است. جهت دستیابی به جواب بهینه از الگوریتم جستجوی هارمونی بهبودیافته استفاده شده است. امکان‌سنجی و اثربخشی رویکرد پیشنهادی در برنامه ­ریزی پویای توسعه سیستم­ های توزیع انرژی الکتریکی توسط چندین مورد مطالعه­ ای مختلف بر روی سیستم توزیع انرژی الکتریکی 13/8 کیلوولت با 27 باس نشان داده شده است. نتایج شبیه­ سازی به دست آمده بیانگر قابلیت و سودمندی رویکرد جدید پیشنهادی در برنامه­ ریزی پویای توسعه سیستم های توزیع انرژی الکتریکی است.
