fa اثر روش پرداخت در بازار برق ایران بر کارایی تولید در چاچوب مدل‌های عامل محور صنایع و مدیریت كاربردي Applicable <span dir="RTL">از بارزترین مشخصات بازار برق در کشور ما شیوه پرداخت به ازای پیشنهاد به برندگان بازار می‌باشد. این در حالی است که در اکثر کشورها از شیوه پرداخت یکنواخت جهت تسویه بازار استفاده می‌شود. در این مقاله به مقایسه تأثیر این دو شیوه بر بهره‌وری و کارایی صنعت برق در بخش تولید پرداخته می‌شود. برای بررسی دقیق‌تر، مدل در سه ساعت کم باری، بارعادی، پیک و سالانه طراحی می‌گردد. بدین منظور با کمک روش </span><strong>Q-Learning</strong><span dir="RTL"> که زیر مجموعه مدل‌های &nbsp;عامل محور است مدل بازار برق ایران با تمام ویژگی‌های آن و محدود به نیروگاه‌های برق خراسان با دو شیوه مختلف شبیه سازی شده و بهره وری در دو سناریو باهم مقایسه می‌گردد. نتایج بیانگرآن است که روش پرداخت یکنواخت منجر به استفاده از نیروگاه‌های با کارایی بالاتر جهت تامین برق می‌گردد. بنابراین در این روش قیمت تمام شده برق کمتر از روش پرداخت به ازای پیشنهاد خواهد بود.</span> <span id="result_box" lang="en"><span>The most prominent characteristics of the electricity market in our country are thepay as bid to market winners.</span> <span>However, in most countries, a uniform payment method is used to clearing the market.</span><span>In this paper, the effect of these two methods on the productivity and efficiency of the power industry in the manufacturing sector is compared.</span> <span>For a closer look, the model is designed for three hours of low load, normal load, peak, and yearly.
