fa تجزیه و تحلیل بازار بورس برق و ارائه راهکارهایی برای توسعه این بازار در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research صنعت برق یکی از صنایع بنیادی و استراتژیک کشور، نیروی مولد و محرکه بسیاری از صنایع دیگر می‌باشد. به همین دلیل جذابیت‌های زیادی برای بخش خصوصی دارد. از آنجا که اجرای صحیح و کامل سیاست‌های خصوصی‌سازی در صنعت برق مستلزم فراهم‌سازی بستر و شرایط مناسباست، لذا ضرورت دارد مطالعاتیدر زمینه توسعه بازار بورس برق بعنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی خصوصی‌سازی صورت پذیرد. در این راستا مطالعه حاضر وضعیت بازار بورس برق را مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار داده است و ضمن مقایسه بازاربورس برق ایران با بازارهایبورس چند کشور، راهکارهایی برای توسعه این بازار در ایران ارائه داده است. نتیجه پژوهش حاضرگویای این واقعیت است که بخش تولید که در انحصار دولت می باشد، توان پاسخ گویی به نیاز جامعه با قیمت مناسب و پایین را ندارد. از طرفی،تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بهره‌وری صنعت برق پایین‌تر از حد انتظار است. لذا برای بهبود بهره‌وری پیشنهاد می‌شود که به خصوصی‌سازی صنعت و توسعه بورس برق اهمیت داده شود و ایجاد بستر مناسب برای توسعه بازار بورس برق ایران مورد توجه قرار گیرد. Power industry is a fundamental and strategic industrial sector and acts as a true driving force and generator for many other industries. This sector, therefore, represents great attraction for the privatization purposes. In this regard, the present study has analyzed the status of the electricity market by comparing the Iranian electricity stock market with the stock markets of many countries and has provided guide lines for the development of this market in Iran. The results of this study indicate that the manufacturing sector which is under government monopoly has not ability to respond to community needs with low price. On the other hand, the results of this research indicate that the productivity of power industry is lower than expected.
