fa شناسایی پیشران‌های تکاملی زیست‌بوم زنجیره ارزش صنعت برق ایران صنایع و مدیریت كاربردي Applicable <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">چالش‌های مختلفی فراروی صنعت برق ایران وجود دارد؛ چالش‌هایی مانند ناترازی انرژی، تحریم و مشکلات نقدینگی از مهم‌ترین مسائل پیش روی حکمرانی دولتی در این زمینه است. به منظور رفع این ناترازی داشتن نگاه فرایندی به زیست‌بوم صنعت برق ایران بسیار مفید خواهد بود. لازمه دیدگاه فرایندی به زیست‌بوم، شناخت پیشران‌های تکاملی این زیست‌بوم است، یعنی نیروهایی که باعث پویایی و رقابت و یا انقباض و اضمحلال این زیست‌بوم می‌شود؛ به همین منظور پژوهش پیش رو با رویکرد کیفی شامل مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با خبرگان صنعت برق، سیاستمداران و دانشگاهیان انجام شد. برای این کار از یک رهیافت هفت‌مرحله‌ای انجام و تجزیه‌وتحلیل مصاحبه استفاده شد. در این مطالعه 181 کد مضمونی توسط 16 مشارکت‌کننده عنوان شد که در قالب 6 پیشران راهبردی شامل سیاست‌گذاری تشویقی با تأکید بر بهره‌وری انرژی، خصوصی‌سازی و اصلاح فرایندهای گردش مالی و نقدینگی، تدوین و اجرای کامل قوانین حمایتی از صنعت برق، تسهیلگری در تعاملات کلان، توسعه سازوکارهای بازار برق و تحریم‌ها و محدودیت‌ها که در مجموع دربردارنده 55 پیشران پایه هستند، دسته‌بندی شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri=""><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" times="">There are various challenges facing Iran&#39;s electricity industry; Challenges such as energy imbalance, embargo and liquidity problems are among the most important issues facing governance in this field. In order to overcome these challenges, it will be very useful to have a process view at the ecosystem of Iran&#39;s electricity industry. The necessity of a process view of the ecosystem is to know the evolutionary drivers of this ecosystem, i.e. the forces that cause dynamism and competition or contraction and even destruction of the ecosystem; For this purpose, this research was conducted with a qualitative approach, including semi-structured interviews with experts in the electricity industry, politicians and academics. For this, a seven-step approach was used to conduct and analyze the interview. In this study, 181 thematic codes were mentioned by 16 participants, which were categorized into 55 basic drivers by analyzing the theme in the first stage.
