بهبود تاب آوری شبکه توزیع فعال با مدیریت بهینه شارژ و دشارژ خودروهای الکتریکی در پارکینگ ها

در صورت وقوع یک حادثه شدید - با تأثیر زیاد و احتمال وقوع کم- ممکن است با وقوع هم‌زمان چندین خطا در شبکه توزیع، بخش وسیعی از شبکه دچار خاموشی شود. در چنین شرایطی به­منظور افزایش تاب­آوری شبکه توزیع و جلوگیری از خاموشی‌های با مدت زمان طولانی، اقدامات بازآرایی و جزیره ­سازی شبکه توزیع با هدف بازیابی بیشترین بار ممکن انجام می­شود. از سوی دیگر، با توجه به افزایش نفوذ خودروهای الکتریکی در جوامع پیشرفته امروزی به دلایل زیست‌محیطی و قیمت سوخت‌های فسیلی، مدیریت شارژ و دشارژ این خودروها در پارکینگ‌ها می‌تواند تأثیر قابل ملاحظهای در بهبود شاخص تاب­ آوری شبکه توزیع داشته باشد. در این مقاله، یک مدل برنامه‌ریزی تصادفی خطی آمیخته با عدد صحیح به‌منظور بهبود تاب­ آوری شبکه توزیع مجهز به منابع تولید پراکنده پیشنهاد شده است که مرزبندی بهینه جزایر را با هدف حداکثرکردن مقدار مورد انتظار بار بازیابی‌شده مشخص میکند. در مدل پیشنهادی، با در نظر گرفتن جابجایی خودروهای الکتریکی بین پارکینگ­ها، آرایش شبکه و مرزهای جزایر، منابع تولید پراکنده پیشرو و پیرو در هر جزیره و برنامه ­ریزی شارژ و دشارژ خودروهای الکتریکی به ­صورت بهینه تعیین میشوند. به­ منظور ارائه یک مدل واقعی، عدم قطعیت توان تولیدی منابع تجدیدپذیر بادی نیز در ­نظر گرفته ­شده است. مدل پیشنهادی با اعمال چندین خطای هم‌زمان بر روی شبکه 118 شینه در نرم‌افزار  GAMS پیاده‌سازی و اعتبارسنجی شده است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، تأثیر مثبت برنامه‌ریزی شارژ و دشارژ خودروهای الکتریکی در پارکینگهای متصل به شبکه الکتریکی را بر بهبود تاب­ آوری شبکه توزیع نشان میدهند.
