fa تأثیر تشکیل بازار برق ایران بر کارایی نیروگاههای برق تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده این مقاله با هدف بررسی تأثیر تشکیل بازار برق ایران بر کارائی نیروگاههای برق کشور نگارش شده است. بدین منظور کارائی نیروگاههای منتخب کشور در سال 1381و 1388محاسبه و با یکدیگر مقایسه شده است. ابزار مورد استفاده روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها و با استفاده از شاخص کارایی مالم کوییست بوده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که میانگین وزنی تغییرات شاخص کارائی در دو سناریوی وزنی و بدون وزن درسال 1388برای نیروگاههای سیکل ترکیبی و گازی کاهش و این شاخص برای نیروگاههای بخاری افزایش یافته است. نتایج نشان می دهدکه تشکیل بازاربرق بر کارایی نیروگاه های بخاری تاثیر مثبت و بر کارایی نیروگاه های سیکل ترکیبی و گازی تاثیرمنفی داشته است. Abstract This paper studies the impact of establishment of Iran’s electric power market on efficiency of the Power Plants. For this purpose the efficiencies of some selected power plants were calculated and compared for 2003 and 2009. Data Envelop Analysis technique is used by utilizing Malamquist efficiency index for the study. The results indicate that the average changes in efficiency index by including the weight coefficient and without it for combined cycle and gas turbine power plants was reduced in 2009. Also the index for steam power plants in 2009 was increased.
