fa توسعه یک سیستم خبره جدید برای کنترل آماری فرایند در صنایع تولیدی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research با عنایت به مزایای یک سیستم خبره بعنوان زیر مجموعه‌ای از هوش مصنوعی جهت تقلید از رفتار افراد خبره درارائه راه حل و اهمیت ویژه کنترل آماری فرایند در صنایع تولیدی، در این مقاله ضمن بررسی سیستم‌های خبره، یک مدل جدید برای کنترل آماری فرایند توسعه داده شده است. ویژگی بارز این مدل ایجاد حوزه‌های تشخیص بحرانی بودن فرایند و بحرانی بودن مشخصه کیفی درکنار حوزه‌های موجود سایر سیستم-ها شامل حوزه ویژگی نمودار کنترل، نوع نمودار کنترل، نحوه نمونه گیری، پایداری فرایند، قابلیت فرایند و بهبود فرایند و اقدام اصلاحی می‌باشد. از دیگر ویژگیهای برجسته این مدل، استخراج حدود 124 رول به عنوان دانش نهفته در حوزه‌ها از منابع مختلف است. این سیستم با استفاده از نرم افزار VP EXPERTتهیه شده و به جهت اعتبار سنجی در چند فرایند از صنایع تولیدی اجرا شده که نتایج حاصله نشان دهنده موثر بودن سیستم پیشنهادی می‌باشد. Considering the advantages of an expert system as a subset of artificial intelligence for simulating the behavior of an expertise in how to suggest a solution and moreover particular importance of statistical process control in the manufacturing industry, in this paper in addition to investigate the expert system (ES), a new expert system for statistical process control (ESSPC) has been developed. The specific features of this system can be counted as recognition of the critical process and critical characteristic quality besides of other domains of the system, as specification of control chart, type of control chart, sampling, process stability, process capability, process improvement and corrective actions. The other significant feature of this system is extracting about 124 rules of different sources as the abstracted knowledge in various domains.
