fa سنجش کارایی نسبی شرکت‌های توزیع برق کشور: تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها با مرز دوگانه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><span dir="RTL">&nbsp;پژوهش&shy;های متعددی اقدام به سنجش کارایی شرکت&shy;های توزیع برق با استفاده از تحلیل پوششی داده&shy;های سنتی نموده&shy;اند. اما پژوهش&shy;های اخیر نشان داده&shy;اند که تنها با اتکا به</span> <span dir="RTL">&nbsp;تحلیل پوششی داده&shy;های سنتی یا خوش&shy;بینانه نمی&shy;توان با اطمینان بنگاه&shy;ها را برحسب کارایی</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">شان&shy; رتبه&shy;بندی کرد، از این&shy;رو از مفهوم کارایی بدبینانه نیز استفاده کرده و این دو کارایی را در قالب یک رابطه ریاضی با هم ادغام نموده&shy;اند، تا با اطمینان بیشتر و بدون نیاز به محاسبات پیچیده بتوان بنگاه&shy;ها را رتبه&shy;بندی کرد. از این&shy;رو در این پژوهش برآنیم تا کارایی نسبی را با استفاده از تحلیل پوششی داده&shy;ها با مرز دوگانه محاسبه نماییم، که بسیار دقیق&shy;تر از روش سنتی می&shy;باشد. نتایج نشان می&shy;دهد، شرکت توزیع برق شهرستان مشهد در میان 39 شرکت بررسی شده، حائز رتبه اول است. در صورتی که با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده&shy;های سنتی، ده شرکت دیگر نیز روی مرز کارایی قرار می&shy;گرفتند. </span></p> <p><strong>Several research evaluated the efficiency of electricity distribution companies by custom </strong><strong>Data Envelopment Analysis (</strong><strong>DEA</strong><strong>) </strong><strong>method, but recent researches have shown that by only reliance to the custom or optimistic DEA, we can&rsquo;t certainly rank the companies according to their efficiencies, so they use pessimistic efficiency concept and integrate these two efficiencies in a mathematical function format to rank companies with high certainty and without needing to intricate calculations. In this research we want to calculate the relative efficiency by Double Frontier DEA that is more precise than the custom method.
