ارائه روشی جهت مدیریت عدم قطعیت‌ نیروگاه‌های خورشیدی در روش تأمین مالی پروژه‌ای

تأمین مالی برای اجرای پروژه¬های بزرگ از جمله احداث نیروگاه¬های خورشیدی محور اصلی توسعه¬ی اقتصادی است. از منظر سرمایه¬گذار، تأمین مالی پروژه¬ها، به دو روش کلی شراکت و یا وام¬دهی انجام می شود. یکی از روش¬های تأمین مالی مبتنی بر وام¬دهی، روش تأمین مالی پروژه¬ای است که در این پژوهش به آن پرداخته می¬شود. در سرمایه¬گذاری از طریق وام¬دهی، هرچه تخمین وام¬دهنده از عدم ¬قطعیت (ریسک) جریان نقدی آتی پروژه کمتر باشد، تمایل بیشتری برای سرمایه گذاری دارد. از آنجایی که تأمین مالی پروژه¬ای به عنوان یک روش با تضمین محدود شناخته می¬شود، تمایل وام¬دهنده برای مشارکت در آن، وابسته به قابلیت اعتماد جریان نقدی مورد انتظار پروژه در آینده است. در این مقاله، عدم قطعیت¬هایی که منجر به نوسان درآمد مورد انتظار نیروگاه¬های خورشیدی می¬شود از منابع مختلف شناسایی شده است. از طریق شبیه¬سازی مونت کارلو، توزیع احتمالی نسبت پوشش بازپرداخت بدهی در هر سال از دوره¬ی عمر وام برای یک نیروگاه 10 مگاواتی خورشیدی تخمین زده شده و احتمال نکول شرکت پروژه در هر سال محاسبه شده است. سپس با استفاده از آنالیز حساسیت نسبت به اهرم مالی، میزان قابل قبول سهم و قرض در ساختار تأمین مالی قابل تعیین است. روشی که در این مقاله برای تخمین درآمد نیروگاه خورشیدی استفاده شده، قابلیت تعمیم به سایر نیروگاه¬های خورشیدی را، با لحاظ عدم قطعیت¬های مختص محل احداث دارد. نتایج این پژوهش و استفاده از روش تخمین درآمد نیروگاه خورشیدی، با در¬نظر¬گرفتن عدم قطعیت¬ها، منجر به تصمیم¬گیری قابل¬اعتمادتر وام¬دهنده و تسهیل فرآیند جذب سرمایه¬گذار توسط شرکت پروژه می¬شود.
