بازیابی بهینه سیستم‌های توزیع فعال با هدف بهبود تاب‌آوری و با در نظر گرفتن عدم قطعیت منابع تجدیدپذیر

هدف شبکه‌های هوشمند در سراسر جهان، تأمین برق قابل اطمینان و تاب‌آور به مشترکین می‌باشد. در اتفاقات بزرگ ناشی از حوادث طبیعی، منابع تولید پراکنده در تغذیه قابل اطمینان و تاب‌آور بارهای شبکه نقش کلیدی را بازی می‌کنند. تاب‌آوری سیستم‌های قدرت را می توان به عنوان توانایی سیستم در آماده‌سازی و برنامه‌ریزی برای جذب آسیب و تطبیق/ بازیابی به منظور جلوگیری از تأثیرات حوادث مشابه در آینده تعریف کرد. بنابراین، تاب آوری یک سیستم قدرت بطور خلاصه به سه مشخصه پیشگیری[1]، قابلیت تداوم برق رسانی[2]  و بازیابی[3] نسبت داده می‌شود. بهبود در هر یک یا تمام این سه مشخصه، تاب آوری کل سیستم را بهبود می‌دهد. در این مقاله، یک الگوریتم بازیابی بهبود یافته در سیستم‌های توزیع، با حضور منابع تولید پراکنده تجدیدپذیر و قابل برنامه‌ریزی برای افزایش قابلیت تداوم تغذیه بارهای قطع شده ناشی از حوادث شدید همانند حوادث طبیعی ارائه می‌شود. در مدل ارائه شده، یک استراتژی بهینه برای بازیابی حداکثر بارها با مینیمم عملکردهای کلیدزنی و حداکثر بازیابی بار تحت شرایط خطا پیشنهاد می‌شود. در روش پیشنهادی، از الگوریتم ژنتیک به عنوان یک الگوریتم قدرتمند در بهینه سازی استفاده شده و چگونگی پیاده سازی و حل مدل پیشنهادی توسط الگوریتم ژنتیک معرفی می‌گردد. کارایی روش پیشنهادی بر روی شبکه تست 33 باس IEEE بررسی و نتایج حاصل تحلیل شده است.
